Colette has practiced law for over 40 years, and she is admitted to practice in Arizona, California and Colorado (currently inactive). She has a B.A. degree in English, and earned her J.D. from the University of California College of the law in San Francisco.
Colette Jolicoeur devotes her practice to family law, with an emphasis on divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity matters and domestic violence. Jan’s heritage is German. He grew up in California where he earned a dual degree in Economics and Spanish. His passion is aviation, and he worked for several international airlines in management. His MBA keeps him focused on rational analysis and best case strategy. But this also propelled him throughout law school at University of Arizona. He is a licensed legal paraprofessional (“LP””) with the Arizona State Bar, with an emphasis on family and civil law, and joined the Sonoita office in November 2025. Jan has been part of the Sonoita community since 2004, and is married with two sons who reside in Oregon and New York City.
